How to Connect

Windows Computers

A security prompt may appear on your screen. Please click "Yes" to allow our specialist to assist you and control your mouse.

Apple Mac

You will need to open your Mac's System Settings and manually allow permissions for both Screen Recording and Accessibility.

iPhone & iPad

Apple mobile devices are view-only. You will need to tap "Broadcast" so we can see your screen, but we cannot remotely tap the device.

Android Phones

Depending on your phone model, you may be prompted to allow a specific accessibility setting to give us remote control.

Background Access

A convenient tool for servers and workstations. This allows our team to securely perform updates, run maintenance, and assist you without needing a session code every time.

  • Administrator Password Needed: You will need admin rights on your computer to install this tool.
  • Convenient Support: We can log in and fix issues directly without interrupting your day to ask for a code.
  • Install When Requested: Please only install this setup tool if an NVHTX specialist has asked you to.
